The man said the insurance-related TPA process was not immediately available to him at that hour. To arrange the required money, he contacted a friend for a UPI transfer and used his credit cards.
He later said his mother was doing well. The experience, however, made him reconsider how much money should remain readily accessible instead of being committed to longer-term investments.
