A tragic incident unfolded aboard a Mumbai local train when a heated argument over closing the train door allegedly escalated into a fatal stabbing. The victim, 22-year-old Mayank, was reportedly attacked multiple times with a sharp weapon after a dispute broke out between him and another passenger.
According to police, the altercation began over whether the train door should remain open or be closed during the journey. The argument soon turned violent, with the accused allegedly stabbing Mayank repeatedly before fleeing the scene. Despite efforts to save him, the young man succumbed to his injuries.
Following an investigation, Mumbai Police tracked down and arrested the accused from the Kurla area. Officials have registered a case and are investigating the circumstances that led to the deadly attack.
