Nvidia made some of the biggest headlines at Computex 2026 after unveiling its new RTX Spark chip, marking the company's major entry into the rapidly growing Windows AI PC market. The announcement signals Nvidia's push beyond traditional graphics cards and deeper into AI-powered personal computing.

The newly announced RTX Spark chip is designed specifically for AI-focused laptops and desktop PCs, allowing advanced AI tasks and AI agents to run directly on devices instead of relying entirely on cloud computing. Nvidia says the chip will power a new generation of Windows AI systems launching later this year.

According to Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, the company is working with Microsoft to “reinvent the PC” for the AI era. The RTX Spark combines powerful AI processing, advanced graphics capabilities, and Arm-based architecture to compete directly with products from Intel, AMD, Apple, and Qualcomm.

At Computex 2026, Nvidia unveiled its powerful new RTX Spark chip, officially entering the Windows AI PC market and challenging tech giants like Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, and Apple.

The new AI-focused chip is designed to run advanced AI tasks directly on laptops and desktops, reducing dependence on cloud computing. Nvidia says the technology will power a new generation of intelligent Windows devices launching later this year.

With major PC manufacturers already onboard, RTX Spark could become one of the most important tech launches of 2026 and reshape the future of personal computing.
